The Next morning we got up bright and early to try to contact the landlord and my future boss
so we stopped at a drug store to see if I could find a Zertec for my allergies hopping to get me slightly stable to go to his friend’s home to use the internet. The allergy drug helped to a point but didn’t totally take care of it. But we got to make our phone calls and send out emails and all that good stuff then we headed to the West Edmonton Mall. We looked at all sorts of things.

None of the stores are familiar; all have French names or totally different companies here. Its cute, I asked him where the goodwill and thrift stores were, he laughed and said I don’t have to shop
there anymore. That I can afford clothes from the mall and other places now.
After that adventure we went back about 6pm when we could move into our new place. His friend Alex came and helped us move in. It only took 2 hours for the three of us to move about 50 totes worth of my things from floor 1 to floor 8… yes yes there was an elevator ^_^




The apt is fabulous; I know I was a bit leery because I couldn’t picture it from the description Chris was giving me over the phone. It’s a one bed room with a closet in the bedroom and a walk in closet off the hallway of the bedroom. It has one bath with a closet out side of that door, as well as a perfect for me sized kitchen with a pantry attached to it. Off the kitchen are a dinning room and a living room.

Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother.
