Valentines Weekend Day 1 !!!

So we decided seeing as Valentines day fell on a Monday and we both worked we would take advantage of a weekend free. So we headed up to the twin cities. We headed to SR Harris which is a discount fabric outlet store. It was loads of fun and it was his first time there. the goal was to find me some pretty green fabric and him some wool and silk. Well we found what we needed for him not so much for me, but its ok it was still fun.

From there we took another adventure to The Source, again he had never been there, and we both were in geek heaven! its a gaming store that has comics, anime, figurines, roll playing, board games and much much more! After we made our purchases we decided it was time to find the hotel and find a restaurant and call it a night. We ended up going out to eat at Outback Steak House.

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother. Basically she loves watching the neighbor kids play outside. she enjoys her snuggle time on the love seat and of course we gave her yet another bath this time with her very own dog towels.
