Welcome to Warriors and Warlords 2013
Day 2 (day one had no photos or stories)

Its Friday! That means merchanting, lounging, and Household Meeting! Today was the day I find out if I will be remaining on watch or if I get to become a full status member. There are four ladies (all Gemini) that are on watch currently.

While the meeting takes place the watchees are placed at the entrances of camp to let non-member folks know they are in a private meeting. While I stood watch one of the members daughters came over and sat with me and we chated, which was great and I really enjoy her spirit.

Eventually they called all watchees back and they made their speech. We all made it all four of us are now full status house hold members. We lined up and one by one beautiful words were said about us and our watchee tokens were removed and a tabbard was placed upon us.

Before this even I made four fabric applique flags that were double sided one for each one of the girls that would be come a full member. Since we all did I made a presentation and gave each of us one.

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother. Lets Call this Doggie Photo Dump there are really no stories to go with many of these photos. Basically she loves watching the neighbor kids play outside. she enjoys her snuggle time on the love seat and of course we gave her yet another bath this time with her very own dog towels.
