So the day after Christmas Mom took me out to buy me that Nikon Camera I have had my eye on. When we got to Bestbuy she told me the “plum” was out of stock in the stores but online was available. From there she ordered it from online, by time I got home I had an email informing me my “plum” was backordered. So Today I called Bestbuy.com to change the color of the camera so I could get is ASAP. After Hours on the phone they successfully canceled my “plum” and ordered me “bronze” which happens to be the only color not out of stock or backordered. They said it should be here in 3 to 6 days.. WOO HOO

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? According to various traditional dictionaries, synonyms for “woman”, which came as a bit of a shock, and possibly more insightful on why certain generations use words such as these to describe a woman. Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother.
