Well Chris took off early to have lunch with our friend Eric, then they went to work (they work together at Northlands) I decided since it wasn’t to cold and there was no wind id venture out to Wal*Mart. I had a few things to get that the local stores do not carry and my glasses broke... Well the nose piece broke at least, so I had quite a lot to get. It was beautiful outside and I really enjoyed the walking and just getting out. Sadly Wal*Mart didn’t carry what I was looking for either so I went to the Dollar store, and a electronic store like best buy and then I was thinking, Chris is going to Eric’s after work to play Rock Band2 and Drink and have a boys night and stay over, I decided to go to Michaels and spend the same amount on crafty things that he was going to on beer. It felt good ^_^

Then for the rest of the night I watched the whole season of Firefly then the movie and made necklaces.

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? According to various traditional dictionaries, synonyms for “woman”, which came as a bit of a shock, and possibly more insightful on why certain generations use words such as these to describe a woman. Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother.
