March 7th

Well I haven’t been feeling well again so I slept in till 2:30 when I got a phone call from Chris telling me he gets done at 4pm and has to be back into work at 3am and stay till 4pm again. So I made for the first time, spaghetti and beans then we laid in bed watching the oilers game… which they won! After that game I decided to head to the living room and let him try to get sleep since he has that great shift tomorrow.

Oh also some of the three shirts I made for my trivia team like 10 years ago I re-vamped and going to be ordering actual shirts from CafeePress.. the Lost Dad ones photo might change but not sure yet .. And the Trivia Time Warp one... the blue is actualy red, Ive tried everything to get it to post red sorry

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? According to various traditional dictionaries, synonyms for “woman”, which came as a bit of a shock, and possibly more insightful on why certain generations use words such as these to describe a woman. Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother.
