April 6th

The new Ad for Michaels was out today and in one of the inserts they have their beading 50% off almost and they sent me some great coupons too. So I asked Chris if I could have a little money. He said hed rather me buy it on sale so he gave me some cash.

Around Noon I got ready and headed to the train station where I got to ride in one of the new ones.. very blue very clean… nice ^_^ From t here I got off at the Coliseum station where Chris works. He met me there by way of forklift and handed me money. Off I went back on the train and off to Michaels. Once I got there… Nothing was on sale not a darn thing so I asked a cashier and she said that is a special on Fri and Sat for the Holiday weekend. So I thanked her and headed to Wal*Mart to Price out the Wii Fit and the RockBand Guitars and all that stuff.

After Wal*Mart I headed back on the train and it was close to 3:30 So I got off at the Coliseum station again and met up with Chris once again. Road around with him and his co-worker for ½ hour while they finished their work and then got a ride home from the same co-worker. Once we were home Chris went to bed he had an 8am- 4pm shift today and has to be back in for the Midnight to 8am shift so he needed sleep. I took a 3 hour nap LOL.

What a day!

Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother.
