I truly haven’t forgotten about this blog. its just things for me are… gloomy I guess right now and I’m struggling. Recently my days have been: wake up>make bed>pick up house>do dishes>then sit on the computer>sleep. But I have gotten to see the top two movies out right now which are Wolverine and Star Trek. BOTH were phenomenal!!! For Wolverine yes the writing was as up to par as it normally is and the CG was a bit off but all together I loved it and had many laughs. Star Trek didn’t let me down. The cast was amazing, Kirk could have been a bit better but McCoy blew that out of the water for me. With out Bones, Scottie and Sulu the movie wouldn’t have been as good.

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? According to various traditional dictionaries, synonyms for “woman”, which came as a bit of a shock, and possibly more insightful on why certain generations use words such as these to describe a woman. Today at my place of work a gentleman came up to my counter and said "Hello Beautiful" to me. Now, this customer does come in several times a week and is not a total stranger when I'm at work but still. Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother. Basically she loves watching the neighbor kids play outside. she enjoys her snuggle time on the love seat and of course we gave her yet another bath this time with her very own dog towels.
