Something I forgot to blog about is that I joined a website that helps track what you eat, how many calories it is and what you do during the day and it shows you how much you burned vs how much you ate. I have been doing relatively well with always burning more then I eat. So I’m only on week three and I’ve measured myself for the third time now and I’ve lost about an inch or more everywhere but the bust. I have also lost 1 to 2 lbs as well.
Now If I can keep this up I will be at Dr. Recommended weight by Oct. I am looking into joining the YMCA I found on 102 av. And 102 st. it’s walk-able from home yet its kind of far. But I have not found out prices yet.
