I know Ive got people looking out for me up there

So the plan was, I head back to Point... fix moms computer, head to the UW gate meeting as a surprise! then the next day do some things for mom, and head to see Ari and then back to Madison...

that's not what happened

Spent the Time I was going to use for packing, shopping for sinus meds. I leave an hour later then I wanted From Madison. I hear horror stories about flooding and wind, but the driving wasn't to bad until... du.. du... dun....

I'm going about 70, I prop my foot up so I keep a speed... yet, everyone was passing me WTF I thought. I looked down at my gauges... heat is normal, no scary lights were on, I still had gas... WTF! slower and slower I go. so I turn on my hazards on and coast over to the off ramp and OH! it was an uphill ramp so my car totally just died!

To make this more fun then it already was I was wearing tiny black gym shorts, because it was ungodly hot and humid outside and my car doesn't have air conditioning... anyways hair un combed up in a ponytail and a tank-top and bowling looking shoes on. I got to walk up the ramp and over and down the road to the Gas station in BFE!

anyways... 15 min from my parents so it wasn't totally madness. Mom came and got me, then when dad was done with work we headed to get my car. process of elimination prior to looking into the problem...we guessed fuel pump or the fuel floaty thingy...

well for now im heading to bed

Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother. Lets Call this Doggie Photo Dump there are really no stories to go with many of these photos. Basically she loves watching the neighbor kids play outside. she enjoys her snuggle time on the love seat and of course we gave her yet another bath this time with her very own dog towels.
