Flu shot = Sinus infection????

No, I kid I kid... this past Thursday I got my flu shot and was all excited to take on the winter cold season. Little did I know what Today had in store for me. I felt 100% last night... I woke up with jack hammers in my head and evil monsters living in my belly wanting to get out. I was awake for maybe an hour then took some Musinex and went to bed. Slept till 6pm, woke up that time for more meds and tried to eat some soup which didn't go so well. I even tried watching a movie or playing video games but sadly Motion sickness to the max! so I went back to bed to wake up about 10:45pm to take more meds stay up for about an hour and then back to bed... No really I slept my whole day away!

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? According to various traditional dictionaries, synonyms for “woman”, which came as a bit of a shock, and possibly more insightful on why certain generations use words such as these to describe a woman. Today at my place of work a gentleman came up to my counter and said "Hello Beautiful" to me. Now, this customer does come in several times a week and is not a total stranger when I'm at work but still. Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother. Basically she loves watching the neighbor kids play outside. she enjoys her snuggle time on the love seat and of course we gave her yet another bath this time with her very own dog towels.
