A Very 'EPIC' Day

Today I spent the day with a friend and her family. First we went to Mt. Horeb to a small lake and had a picnic dinner and chatted for a bit then we went for a swim (well I waded in to my knees)

After we dryed off and piled back into the car we headed back to where her husband works for a small adventure tour. You see its set up like a campus and each building is themed and they knew Id love the Japanese themed building which I did.



 From the Japanese themed building I saw on a map something on the line of Dungons and Dragons, and I nearly lost my mind. so they of course took me that way. I COULD LIVE in this building, I dont know how people get work done!






















After We left here the little one kept saying she wanted to ride the bannana, now I had no idea what this meant. So we trucked over to the Cinema/Theater themed building that generally was their teaching building for their company.

It was massive and so cool, we didnt spent to much time in here because I used up our time in the other building.

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother. Basically she loves watching the neighbor kids play outside. she enjoys her snuggle time on the love seat and of course we gave her yet another bath this time with her very own dog towels.
