I called home today to find out the scoop on what happed to dad and what all was going on. I was told that Dad came home from work yesterday and limped in to the house, Mom asked what happened and he said he was pushing something at work with his leg and it felt like someone hit him in the back of the leg with a bat , he went to the nurse after it happened and she thought he pulled a muscle... well today Del Monte's (his place of employment) had him go to Urgent care and Urgent care told him he tore his alkalis’ heel, and Monday at 10am he has to have surgery, the muscle is tore apart and has to be repaired, and they won't know how long he is going to be off of work.

When I called it was well after his surgery, and everything went well and he was home waiting for food, since he was not able to eat since midnight the past day. He told me all about the people at the bone and joint clinic and how his Dr was Buff, to the point you didn’t want to piss him off or even get him mad.

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother.
