Ran into our good neighbor today, and asked him who and what the window and the mess was all about in our hallway on the 8th floor. He said two guys were brawling in the hall and it was one of the people who live here and the other was his guest and the guest punched the window then left the building that is why it was all bloody in our hallway then elevator then the lobby and the l lobby doors were all bloody.

THEN – THEN, he went on to mention that the same night all the commotion we herd downstairs in our back ally was not the normal drunks making a fuss but a stabbing. A guy stabbed another guy to death in our back ally, yea that’s right not more then 10 feet from my car I’m sure. There are blood stains on the concrete and everything.

Now back in May I know one block away from here a girl was beaten almost to death buy a guy just on the side walks out in the open during daylight! And just in this week’s paper a guy was stabbed and beheaded on the grey hound, it was an Edmonton man traveling across Canada by greyhound.

Yea it’s that safe here!

yeah, that is scary. I read about the greyhound situation and then I realize that's where you live :(

Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother.
