And the horror of my trip continues…
After the border “issue” we ended up late into Winnipeg which was good and bad. Good because our layover was less but bad because it made others late or miss their other buses. This was the first place I was able to eat at and they were out of meat so yummm yumm break with toasted tomato and lettuce on it lol
From there we pull into Regina (Ra- Ga-eye-na) Well on the trip there it was raining terribly and the wind was horrendous and the driver could barely keep us on the road. But we made it there safe and sound, sadly to find out that my current bus was canceled due to roads being closed. Luckily I found an alternate bus that took me to Saskatoon and then Edmonton, but after I boarded the Driver said he wasn’t going to be a hero and if the roads were bad we would return back to Regina and stay over there till things became safe.
On the good side we made it to Saskatoon, bad side is the driver started to take off 10 min before we were to leave and more then 5 of us had to run after the bus because he left with out us =/
Back on the road we went, and finally we were at Edmonton. This new rout shaved 5 HOURS... Yes 5 HOURS off my trip!!!
But the best part was the first thing I saw when I walked into the terminal was my pumpkin ^_^ he was waiting right in front of the door I came thru <3
