Something amazing is going on today, no it’s not a holiday or any gifts being given. Today despite the -20 or lower temp outside the sun is bright.
BRIGHT BEAUTIFUL AND INVITING!!!! I love it love it love it
Most all of our windows are covered with blankets in addition to the plastic and blinds and curtains to keep the heat in. but today in the kitchen the sun pushed in! I’ve been shaking my booty and singing all day so far!!! This is truly a magical event for me in the winter

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? According to various traditional dictionaries, synonyms for “woman”, which came as a bit of a shock, and possibly more insightful on why certain generations use words such as these to describe a woman. Today at my place of work a gentleman came up to my counter and said "Hello Beautiful" to me. Now, this customer does come in several times a week and is not a total stranger when I'm at work but still. Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother.
