June 17th

It was 78F and cloudy so I decided to head out to Wal*Mart and Michaels today with the few bucks I managed to save up. So, I road to work with Chris in my car hung out with the boys at his job for about an hour. Which I happen to love doing. Then our friend Dave who Chris works with gave me a ride to Michaels and my adventure to get everything I wanted with the little bit of cash I had begun. I was able to get two wooden chests small 5 things of acrylic pain, paint brushes, a secret book two hand towels, a big salad bowl and 2 pendants for my necklaces and coin roll holders for my change as well as 2 pillow covers and a lace table cover. Not to shabby!

On the way home I took the train and the entire train emptied at the Stadium station. This is because tonight was the first pre game for the Eskimos (football) So I was in an entire car all alone so I took photos. Yes I know I just posted some but these give more of an idea what it looks like. Sadly I was in an old train again so its kind of ghetto. And yes there are lots of photos of me riding the Train, you don't get this chance very often to take photos in the train.

Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother.
