Most Productive day in ages!

I was ready to go with Chris again to work today, Yes I spent time with the guys there as well before I headed back to the train station, After I got back to the Apt. I felt the need to wander and walk and take photos. So for the next 3 hours or 3.5 Miles I walked around the area I am comfortable with. It’s between 104ave and 101ave and 114th st and 100 st. After that I headed home, made the bed, did the dishes picked up around the apt, made dinner for myself, uploaded photos, transferred all new ones to my external HD, ate the dinner I had made, went threw all my emails and took a shower. And now I’m blogging and it’s still before 9pm here that is HUGE for me ^_^

So here are some funny Signage I found and I started to notice Flamingos randomly painted around the town.

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? According to various traditional dictionaries, synonyms for “woman”, which came as a bit of a shock, and possibly more insightful on why certain generations use words such as these to describe a woman. Today at my place of work a gentleman came up to my counter and said "Hello Beautiful" to me. Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother. Basically she loves watching the neighbor kids play outside. she enjoys her snuggle time on the love seat and of course we gave her yet another bath this time with her very own dog towels.
