IT’S MY 29th Birthday!!!

The night before Chris had been talking about getting me out for my b-day because he had to work 2pm till Midnight and couldn’t be home and doing things with me. He mentioned a comedy show maybe he could get me a seat for free or ½ price or something. I said I guess, because he couldn’t be with me Id have to sit alone with strangers because he was technically working.

After a shower and a trip to Subway I planed on a evening of firefly and necklace making for my b-day. But He called again and said to get ready he got me a ticket. I was very upset at the cost of the ticket because we didn’t have that money and if we did I would have like to use it on something I wanted or could use instead of a comedian I have never herd of (herd of but not really).

But I got ready and headed to his work where he met me and brought me to their break room to wait till “doors open” for the show. We had a bit of a non-yelling fight/discussion in the hall way about this whole thing.

All his intentions he meant well and in hind site was a very nice thing he did, but I was still aggravated at the cost and the fact this is not what I wanted for my b-day.

So once doors opened he went and sat with me in my seat till it started to fill up then showed me where hed be watching the show from. And that we were there together just not seated next to each other. Soon the show started. The two opening acts I thought were better then the main attraction.

The Comic I went to see was Dane Cook, yes you probably know him best from his movies not his stand up act. His act had its moments and I did enjoy myself. Sadly the two girls sitting on each side of me found no humor in most of the jokes while I was barely containing myself from peeing it was so funny.

Once the show was over I was told to sit in my seat till he came and got me to take me back to the break room, which he did. I sat and watched the family guy and American dad while he finished up with work then on his coffee break we headed to the local gas station for drinks and snacks. But soon midnight rolled around and we headed home.

Yes I appreciated the gesture he gave and yes I’m still upset at the amount of money that was paid LOL

OH yes after the show we sat up and played rockband2 together, he bought a guitar. I had a blast doing that.
