May 21st

Today seemed to be a normal day for me, slept in a bit then got ready and headed out to Oliver Square for my lunch/ supper. Came back home poped in the tv show “sex and the city” and played world of warcraft till Chris came home. He comes home at midnight this week. He picked us up some food and we sat and watched the show I was already watching. We watched season 4-6 of sex and the city, just sat there and watched it and could not fall asleep for the life of me. Let me make this clearer.

Season 4 = 540 min or 18 episodes
Season 5 = 240 min or 8 episodes
Season 6 part 1 = 360 min or 12 episodes

That is about 20 hours worth of girly TV show

Then finally I crashed. No idea why I couldn’t sleep no idea why he stayed awake with me that long before he went to sleep either...

And I could only sleep for 3 hours, so yea fun times with trivia shifts during the off season.

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother.
