An early start today, mom and I took dads car to Wausau today to go to their Michaels and Joann’s fabrics. We found some great deals and fabulous items. On the way home, I used cruse control for the first time WOOO HOOO… but no really when we turned into the drive way the car started to smoke as if it was on fire. Mom and I dashed out of the car and ran and got dad. I guess the water pump… pooo’d out on us. We were lucky it happened just as we pulled in the drive way.

Im american, and currently visiting my parents in the US and it was my fathers car. I live in Canada but im American.

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? According to various traditional dictionaries, synonyms for “woman”, which came as a bit of a shock, and possibly more insightful on why certain generations use words such as these to describe a woman. Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother.
