The Most Productive Day EVER!

Yea, you herd me the most EVER... You see it all started with cleaning the kitchen, doing the dishes, washing the kitchen and dining room floors then stripped the bed and put all new clean linens on it... which then lead to cleaning the microwave and fridge.

This sparked re-upholstering the dining room chair seats... made a curtain for the kitchen and a valance curtain type thing for the dining room as well as put out the new rugs in the kitchen and dining room too! I also headed to Wal*Mart and picked up some paint swatches to match the art for the guest bedroom so I can paint it tomorrow. Oh yes and I emptied the guest bedroom so I can paint tomorrow too! and lastly I did all the laundry from the week!

Can I have this sort of focus everyday?

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother. Lets Call this Doggie Photo Dump there are really no stories to go with many of these photos. Basically she loves watching the neighbor kids play outside. she enjoys her snuggle time on the love seat and of course we gave her yet another bath this time with her very own dog towels.
