Word of the day is FOCUS brought to you by the number 3

I had lots of hopes for today. I washed the carpets again in the guest bedroom, headed to wal*mart for sand paper for the side tables. Once home I got the laundry going and prepped the garage for my projects of sanding and painting.

Issue 1: washed the floor for the second time. Because there are stains I wanted to get out and use more harsh chemicals on. this lead to Foam and Suds... LOTS of them. Which lead to a very messy clean up

Issue 2: One of the side tables had a swell to it from water. I was told to buff it out with a sander. Needless to say that didn't go well either, I sanded it down till there was still a hump to it but there are holes in the wood I uncovered.... now to putty them and try to fix it

Issue 3: Went to paint the side table that didn't have the hump in it to find the black paint we bought to be very watery, even after I mixed it. I went and painted anyways, I only got the inside and a little of the front done when I called that project quits as well because the paint was doing one of two things... dripping or wiping off, which I wanted neither of!

After Issue 3 I decided to call it quits on that stuff and finish laundry and possibly another project or two

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother. Lets Call this Doggie Photo Dump there are really no stories to go with many of these photos. Basically she loves watching the neighbor kids play outside. she enjoys her snuggle time on the love seat and of course we gave her yet another bath this time with her very own dog towels.
