Shopping = getting nothing actually done

So, we had a lovely day of shopping. There was quite a list to be finished off for us to get the projects accomplished. Little did we know acquiring the items would take all day!

Plus we tried out PJ's Pizza out in Cottage Grove. Well there is good and bad, you see we arrived there after dinner time and they were packed (this should be a good sign we thought). It took 5 to 10 min for someone to come to the counter to see if we were ready to order (bad) Once we ordered we went to sit down and chat, this is when I realized my soda was almost two dollars and had one free refill which meant I was paying for two sodas (bad). Soon the place was filled with screaming children with parents waiting to pick up orders (bad) this went on for 45 Min.. yes we waited 45+ Min for a 12" pizza (HORRIBLY BAD). Once we got the pizza she was going to take our number off the table and I stopped her and said we ordered cheese sticks too, weren't those appetizers? she looked like I was speaking another language and went to find out (bad) once we started to eat our Appetizers arrived, both were yummy (Good) and once we had food the wait staff cared we existed (undecided). While we were eating it seemed like it was a ghost town in there and then the lights dimmed down on us, it was only 7pm and they were cleaning up it seemed (bad) So all in all I dont think id go back I should not have to feel like a burden at a restaurant AND wait almost an hour for a 12" pizza that was not all that special sure it was yummy but so was the 10$ pizza hut pizza we ordered the night before....

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother. Lets Call this Doggie Photo Dump there are really no stories to go with many of these photos. Basically she loves watching the neighbor kids play outside. she enjoys her snuggle time on the love seat and of course we gave her yet another bath this time with her very own dog towels.
