You will never be forgotten Kevin

Today we got up early to get some shopping done, headed to Hobby Lobby for some fabric then to wal*mart for some rugs and in between picked up some frames. So far the day was going great, had fun enjoyed some time out of the house. Once home he headed to work and I headed back to bed, I woke up about 5:30pm to be ready for practice in a few hours....

I poped onto FB and as much as it hurt Im happy to have been told by a dear friend that we lost a good friend today. He was one who always had a hug for me when I saw him, always made me feel included when I felt a little outcasted amongst the group and always had kind words to share... I may have not know him as well as others but the loss of his life still effects me and hurts me.

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? According to various traditional dictionaries, synonyms for “woman”, which came as a bit of a shock, and possibly more insightful on why certain generations use words such as these to describe a woman. Today at my place of work a gentleman came up to my counter and said "Hello Beautiful" to me. Now, this customer does come in several times a week and is not a total stranger when I'm at work but still. Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother. Lets Call this Doggie Photo Dump there are really no stories to go with many of these photos. Basically she loves watching the neighbor kids play outside. she enjoys her snuggle time on the love seat and of course we gave her yet another bath this time with her very own dog towels.
