It’s a very quiet day, only because no one is talking. You see a few weeks back I had a bad Lupus day and my joints were very swollen and hands were not working well and I kind of dropped the laptop and broke on hinge the laptop still worked and it was fine.

Well today while I was at another computer scanning books not touching it, it decided to do a suicide jump again! And it broke the other hinge. The computer still works just the screen doesn’t stay erect nicely when you have it on your lap, ok it doesn’t stay up at ALL!

Chris was not happy, but he didn’t yell or anything just silence in the apt. I found a way to still use it I propped 4 thick books behind it and placed it on my art table. Sure this now puts two laptops on that table and I have no place to do crafts anymore but it will do.

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? According to various traditional dictionaries, synonyms for “woman”, which came as a bit of a shock, and possibly more insightful on why certain generations use words such as these to describe a woman. Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother.
