So there is this guy Chris works with his name is Pat and he is a very shy and quite guy, but each day he brings with him a canvas tote bag with food in it for his lunch and breaks. The boys now poke fun of him for his Man Basket, its all in good fun and Pat knows this but he turns so red whenever they us the phrase Man Basket… he gets all embarrassed.

Anyway I was at Michaels and found a very small tote bag for 50 cents so I picked it up and Now I’m putting the words “Pats Man Basket” on the sides then either painting it or using markers to fill it in. Then maybe putting some ribbons or something to make it girly LOL

I think he will get a kick out of it.

How times have changed and how things that once were OK are not and no longer carry the same feeling or intent.  When you think of the word “woman” and do you automatically think bitch or hussy, baggage or bit? According to various traditional dictionaries, synonyms for “woman”, which came as a bit of a shock, and possibly more insightful on why certain generations use words such as these to describe a woman. Rock, Paper, Control

The feeling of no control. No control over my mental health, my weight, or my physical health. I like to have things planned and organized because that give me some control in my life. I feel though, like those little things are just pieces of paper with a rock on them on a windy day, soon they to will be out of my control. I once had control over my health and weight, but that was nearly 14 yrs ago. Each year I advance in age I loose more and more control over those two things. No Dr. or specialist seem to know why. Back when I had control, my weight would fluctuate but nothing substantial. I was a ball of anxiety and stress back then as well, so nothing there changed. I was more active in those days, doing all the things all the time. Not sure if that was to hide from my brain weasels or having to go home and be around my mother. Basically she loves watching the neighbor kids play outside. she enjoys her snuggle time on the love seat and of course we gave her yet another bath this time with her very own dog towels.
